ZUDA combines the physicality of yoga with the artistic expression of dance and aerial work. This is a great opportunity for beginners to learn how to be comfortable in their bodies through movement. Our instructors will guide you through gentle poses that will help you release tension in your body while strengthening your core muscles.
You can expect to sweat a ton during this class! We use bars and straps to support our dancers as they perform acrobatics on the ground or in the air. Our focus is not just on strength but also on flexibility so that you can move freely through all areas of the body.
